Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Offline Marketing Specialist to join our team at Starters CFO. As an Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business network and driving growth through offline channels. Your primary responsibilities will include attending startup events, engaging with potential partners, and devising strategies to enhance our offline marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1.Attend Startup Events: Actively participate in various startup events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Starters CFO and establish partnerships with potential clients.

2.Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential partners, including co-working spaces, incubator centers, investors, and other relevant entities. Cultivate relationships with these partners to encourage referrals and collaborations.

3.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Starters CFO's services and attract new clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate offline initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.

4.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry influencers.

5.Marketing Assistance: Provide support to the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, such as organizing events, distributing promotional materials, and implementing targeted outreach strategies.

6.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the marketing landscape. Use insights gathered to refine marketing strategies and identify new partnership prospects.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in offline marketing, partnership development, or business development roles.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

4.Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building professional relationships.

5.Solid understanding of offline marketing principles and strategies, with the creativity to devise innovative approaches.

6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
