Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Junior IT Recruiter. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring for IT and technical roles. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, leveraging recruitment tools to find and engage candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Technical Recruiting and an understanding of hiring practices in IT domains
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
