Technical Head

We seek a strategic, hands-on, and visionary TechHead - Data Products to lead the design, development, and delivery of data-driven products and platforms. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, product management, and business strategy to define our data product vision, oversee technical execution, and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the roadmap for data products, aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Oversee the design and development of scalable data platforms and APIs.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, analytics, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Keep up with the latest trends in data technologies and recommend tools and methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Define KPIs to measure the success and adoption of data products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years in data/tech roles, preferably in the geo-spatial industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or product-focused role.
• Proven experience building data platforms, pipelines, and APIs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern data/tech stacks (both backend & frontend).
• Strong grounding in geospatial technologies (GIS, remote sensing, spatial databases).
• Experience with geospatial platforms (e.g., Google Earth Engine, Esri, Mapbox).
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
