What You'll Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a creative or digital-first agency
• Proven ability to manage large campaigns and multi-stakeholder environments
• Confident client communicator—able to manage expectations, present ideas, and lead discussions
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly) to accelerate briefing, brainstorming, and feedback cycles
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Notion, or other campaign/project management platforms
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting dashboards
• Strategic thinker with storytelling skills, executional excellence, and a collaborative mindset
