Job description

We are looking for a Video Editor to work with a leading advertising agency in Bengaluru! You'll create engaging video content across formats – from reels and explainers to event highlights and testimonials – optimized for fast-paced digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Creation

  • Edit short- and long-form content for social and web platforms
  • Work on reels, promos, product explainers, and testimonials
  • Perform trimming, syncing, basic color correction, and audio balancing

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create and animate intros/outros, lower-thirds, and branded elements
  • Add engaging motion graphics and transitions to elevate storytelling

Media Management

  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and assets
  • Ensure final output is platform-optimized and delivered on time

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and the creative lead
  • Participate in brainstorming and suggest visual/creative ideas

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in video editing/motion graphics
  • Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Skills: Strong eye for pacing, music selection, rhythm, and transitions
  • Platform Knowledge: Good grasp of social platform formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
  • Portfolio: A creative showreel demonstrating relevant work is required
  • Mindset: Fast, detail-oriented, creative, and open to feedback
