Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage and support our network of medical distributors. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and distributors, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and high levels of satisfaction.

Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or distributor management, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.

*Hindi language is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all distributor-related queries, issues, and support.
• Manage order processing, and coordination with distributors.
• Maintain up-to-date records of distributor communications, agreements, and performance.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on payments, stock status, product dispatches, and complaints.
• Assist in onboarding new distributors and ensure they are trained in company processes and product knowledge.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives at the distributor level.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in science, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Hindi language is Mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and SAP systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Experience in handling distributors or channel partners in the medical or diagnostics industry.
• Understanding of medical products, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
