Job Descriptions
Ø Good knowledge of various cutting tools, especially for CNC Machines, various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.
Ø Good Knowledge of the Tool Management system.
Ø Conduct Product Trials/introduction / resolve complaints.
Ø Work with the Development team to prove out the new Tools.
Ø Sound knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.
Ø Sound knowledge in the Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.
Ø Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customers by working out an optimum Cost/Component
Ø Good knowledge in troubleshooting & problem-solving of various metal cutting problems.
Ø Has to work with PED & NPD Team
Education - BE(Mech)/Dip( Mech) with sales engineers
