We are seeking a highly skilled and result-driven Marketing Team Lead (SEO/PPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and the ability to manage international clients effectively. You should be passionate about performance marketing, data analysis, and staying ahead of digital trends. This role

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of SEO and PPC specialists to drive performance and growth.
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Monitor and manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and ROI optimization for paid campaigns.
Manage and implement tracking through Google Tag Manager for better campaign insights and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest SEO/PPC trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for effective targeting.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance marketing efforts.
Prepare reports and provide insights on campaign performance to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality client communication, addressing queries and presenting strategies effectively.
Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in SEO and PPC with a proven track record of success.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – MUST.
Ability to handle international clients professionally.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
Leadership experience in managing a marketing team.
