Senior Public Relations Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative PR programs that align with business priorities, boost brand visibility and resonate with our audiences.
• Collaborate with external PR agencies and content partners to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Nurture strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers both in India and globally.
• Create compelling press releases, messaging docs, and other content that stays true to our brand voice.
• Handle crisis communication with a calm, strategic approach, safeguarding our brand reputation.
• Monitor PR performance and media coverage, sharing insights that help us improve.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure aligned messaging.
• Manage PR budgets smartly to optimize impact and resource use.
• Contribute to organization-wide initiatives, campaigns, and reputation programs as part of the broader Corporate Communications charter.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in technology or similar sectors.
• Experience working on PR campaigns that span India and international markets.
• An established network of media and influencer contacts, plus the ability to build new ones.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics.
• Calm and confident in managing crises or sensitive communication situations.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task across various projects, with exposure to working with global teams.
• Passionate about technology and continuously curious to learn and innovate.
• Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
