Vice President - Global Delivery Head

Pangea Talent is an International Executive Search firm. This role is with one of our Clients in India: An International engineering services consulting company in automotive, aerospace, IT, and telecommunications.

This VP level role Heads the Global Delivery Organisation in India and reports to the HQ in Europe directly. Highly visible internally it sits on the international executive comitee and evolves to a C- suite position.

Extensive expertise at an international standard in program and project management is absolutely necessary

Responsibilities

Lead the centralised Program / Project management team transversally across all business verticles with Financial ownership.

Manage 2000 to 3000 FTEs on project basis and a direct senior level team of 40 heads

Qualifications

• Minimum years of professional work experience 22+
• Minimum team sizes on project basis managed, over 1000+
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product engineering. Aeronautics and automobile prefered.
• PMP - PMI certified
• Senior leader, able to lead, coach and influence international stakeholders independently
