Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English (M.A. English)
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months – 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English literature and language to classes 11 and 12 as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, reading, and writing skills among students.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment.
