What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface trends and insights that drive care delivery improvements and organizational efficiency
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted outputs that inform leadership decisions across clinical and administrative functions
• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated healthcare analytics content, ensuring outputs meet the standards of real clinical environments
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management within regulated healthcare environments
• Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Strong command of SQL and familiarity with modern BI and reporting tools
• Deep experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets
• Comfortable leading or mentoring analytics teams and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and reliable when working independently
  
  

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Exposure to AI tools or machine learning workflows in a healthcare context
• Background in health informatics, population health, or clinical decision support
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
