Supervise and lead the instructional programs of the middle school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis to encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on learning and child growth and development.
Teaching of some classes to ensure connect with students

Conducting PTMs and one to one meetings with parents.
Communication processes
Student focus
Academic, emotional and social needs of students.
Organizing relevant workshops and events which support further learning
Developing spirit of creativity and collaboration among the student community
Qualifications
Masters in any subject- preferably English, Science, Social Sciences
Professional teaching degree from a recognised University- B Ed/MEd
Proficiency in technology
Proficiency in Language
Excellent communication skills
Experience
Having taught in the senior school for at least 10 years and coordinated as HOD/ HM/Coordinator/VP for at least 5 years.
Experience in working and policies of the CBSE board. Experience of other boards is also welcome.
