IS Compliance Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain operational methods, service compliance, andprocedures. Each day, you will be responsible for planning, design, implementation and continuous improvement within
governance, compliance, assurance, and/or risk. You will also showcase your expertise by guiding, advising, or supporting in all operational aspects, including document management and systems and procedures analysis.
The work model for the role is
This role is contributing to the Corporate Finance Function and is part of the Finance IS Domain and Corporate Finance.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Providing subject matter expertise in regulatory aspects (SOX/Data Privacy/Export Control/ ESG and others)
- Providing requirements regarding foundational needs for compliance assurance to services/processes/projects/initiatives and securing effectiveness
- Giving guidance on how to execute controls
- With the leadership of ICA, review the design of the IT Controls and the remediations of deficiencies
- Deploys methods and procedures to review and report on controls effectiveness and efficiency
- Supports the remediation of deficiencies
- Defining/creating/deploying training needed to grow maturity and execution quality
- Giving guidance and assurance to all processes defined in ABB's IC methodology and according to auditors requirements
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelors degree in IT, finance or related area.
- 3-4 plus years of total experience with good knowledge of industry framework, standards and practices (COBIT, ITIL,
CMMI, ISO 2700x, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and
technologies
- IS/IT process knowledge
- Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders
