About the Role

We need a content hustler who can marry creativity with conversion metrics. Someone who gets excited about both beautiful storytelling AND ROAS optimization.

You'll own our entire content ecosystem – from performance ads that convert to social content that builds community. This isn't a job where you brief others and wait. You create, test, iterate, and scale what works.

What you will own:

Performance Content

• Craft high-converting ad creative for Meta & Google Ads
• Direct and sometime write compelling ad copy that balances science with accessibility
• Re-think and adapt our content ecosystem for pattern interruption
• Analyze creative performance data and iterate ruthlessly

Brand & Organic Content

• Develop social media content that educates without preaching
• Create retention campaigns that turn customers into evangelists
• Build UGC programs that capture authentic transformation stories
• Write email sequences that people actually want to read

Creative Direction

• Brief creators, videographers, and designers on content needs
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Develop content playbooks and frameworks

You're Perfect If You:

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years in D2C brands or agencies
• Proven track record of content that drives measurable results
• Can write copy that converts (show us your best hooks)
• Live in spreadsheets as comfortably as in Canva
• Have opinions on what makes content work (and data to back them)
• Work onsite in Bangalore

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in health/wellness/supplement space
• Have grown a brand's social presence from scratch

Context About The Role:

• This is a 1-10 stage startup. You'll wear multiple hats (sometimes simultaneously)
• We move fast. Your content from Monday might be live by Tuesday
• You'll work directly with founders who care deeply about every word
• No bureaucracy, no endless approvals, just ship and learn
