Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure efficient shipment management.
• Oversee documentation, including Bills of Lading, bookings, and invoicing.
• Ensure customers receive timely updates and maintain high service levels.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and optimize performance.
• Align with deugro Group's compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote adherence to the Group QHSES management system for safety and quality assurance.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• Minimum 5 -7 years of working experience in the area of freight forwarding
• Good knowledge in Lading, Bookings and Invoicing
• Cargo wise will be an added advantage
• Able to work independent and focus on work, as well as be excited to work in a team
• Organized, structured, customer and service-oriented
