Job description
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for colour Masterbatch

products.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities in plastics

& polymer industries.

  • Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop customized colour

solutions..

  • Support sales teams with technical knowledge to convert leads into

customers

  • Help sales Team to achieve their budget.
  • Developing new customers as well as Restart lost customers if any
  • Develop OEM Business & Conduct product presentations, technical

workshops, and customer training.

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for product trials and

troubleshooting.

  • Assist customers in colour matching, pigment selection, and processing

optimization.

  • Develop customer-centric solutions based on processing requirements and

end-use applications.

  • Collaborate with R&D to develop innovative colour Masterbatches that

meet industry demands.

  • Benchmark products against competitors and suggest improvements for

market differentiation.

  • Work on regulatory compliance (REACH, RoHS, FDA, etc.) and
