Job Description: Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Design and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them through the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Review code and configuration to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Salesforce Platform Expertise: Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and leverage them to enhance existing solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Governance and Compliance: Enforce and promote Salesforce development best practices and governance standards. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is typically required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant Salesforce technologies. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
