Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
- Experience in Performance Management, Training and Development
- Familiarity with Labor Laws and Compliance standards
- Strong Organizational, Leadership, and Communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably within recruitment agencies or workforce management space
