Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming the social sector in India. We partner with trusts/foundations/NGOs and other not-for-profit organizations to help them improve their efficiencies in their chosen sector, thereby significantly enhancing their overall impact. We partner with corporates/philanthropists to help them run their programs/projects end-to-end in an efficient manner. We connect independent agencies involved in due diligence, accreditation, social impact audits, etc. to NGOs and corporates alike, and assist in running programs/projects professionally.

We are looking for passionate and reliable freelancers to support our CSR and social sector projects on a project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and data collection (both quantitative & qualitative)
• Support research and report writing (based on experience and interest)
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely data submission

Requirements:

• A background in MSW, MA in social studies, or a related field.
• You can apply if you are proficient in any of the mentioned languages (Tamil, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Odia, Bengali, Kashmiri, Khasi, Garo, and Pnar).
• You can apply if you are from any of these locations mentioned (Chennai, Vellore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Thiruvanamalai, Bhubaneshwar, Sambhalpur, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Patna, Indore, Jaipur, Raipur, Delhi, Agra, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Siliguri, Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara, Jammu & Kashmir, and Gawahati).
• Prior experience in social research, CSR projects, or community-level work will be an advantage

Engagement Details:

• Duration: Minimum 2 days to a maximum of 1 week (per project)
• Compensation: 750–1,000 per day (depending on experience)
• Logistics: Travel, food, and accommodation will be arranged during the field visits
