Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Business Operations Interns to join our team. As a Business Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential handicraft and handloom sellers. Your primary responsibilities will include research, data collection, and
tracking. This internship provides an opportunity to work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct online research to identify potential handicraft and handloom sellers on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
2.Create and maintain a comprehensive tracker sheet to record seller leads, including
contact information and product details.
3.Collaborate with the Sellers Acquisition team to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
4.Assist in formulating policies and strategies for managing sellers on the Prodokraft
platform.
5.Periodically update and clean the database to ensure data accuracy.
6.Provide regular progress reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2.Strong research and data collection skills.
3.Proficiency in using online research tools and platforms.
4.Excellent organizational and data management abilities.
5.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.A passion for supporting Indian artisans and handicrafts.
8.Basic knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics is a plus.
