Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Admin Executive located in Surat. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee records n relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing general HR management. Daily tasks include handling employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role or the fitness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
