PPC Specialist (Performance Marketing)

About the role:

We're looking for a PPC Specialist (Performance Marketing) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end execution of paid media strategies for our clients, primarily in the SaaS space. From strategic planning to performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting—you'll be accountable for driving measurable results.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across:
• Google Ads & Bing Ads (PPC)
• Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter (Paid Social)
• Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, SEO, and Web Development
• Develop and iterate on ad creatives and landing pages in coordination with designers and copywriters
• Perform ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) to improve campaign performance
• Own reporting and analysis of paid media campaigns; communicate insights to account managers and clients

Technical Skills

• Ad Platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Call Tracking, Offline Conversion Tracking
• Tools: Google Ads Editor, A/B Testing Tools, Landing Page Builders (Unbounce or similar), Hotjar
• Experience in SaaS marketing is mandatory
• Familiarity with the Google Partner Network Program
• Hands-on experience with Programmatic Display and YouTube Ads
• Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
• Ability to give creative direction for ad copy and design
• Experience with marketing automation and attribution platforms like HubSpot

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with eCommerce campaigns
• Knowledge of Shopping Ads and Feed Management
