Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry (or Chemical Science related field)

Experience: Fresher (0-1 year)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our Quality Control team. The candidate will be trained to perform quality testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process, and finished footwear adhesive products. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in chemistry and a keen interest in building a career in the chemical manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting basic chemical and physical tests under supervision.
• Support the quality team in routine checks and sample preparation.
• Learn to operate laboratory testing instruments (such as pH meter, viscometer, etc.).
• Help maintain and update laboratory test records and documentation.
• Participate in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance across production processes.
• Follow company safety procedures and lab protocols.
• Assist senior analysts in investigating product complaints and quality issues.
• Participate in training sessions to understand product specifications and QA methods.

Skills & Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory techniques.
• Good observation and learning abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Eager to learn and grow in the quality and chemical domain.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field (e.g. Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, etc.)
