State Financial Control & Accounting Head

We at Reliance Jio are currently hiring for State Financial Control & Accounting Head, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The eligible candidate should meet the following parameters:

1. 10-20 years of experience
2. Education: CA (Completed) / ICWA (Completed)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Cost optimization: Initiatives taken on cost reduction for the circle to contribute to improving the profitability of the company & the circle by weeding out unnecessary costs by putting best practices in place

2.System & Process Adherence / Improvement:

Initiatives taken to develop better efficient / digitized system for improving the overall efficiency in the business leading to saving of time, money and its pilferage

3.Compliances:

Ensure 100% compliances in the circle are met with respect to all functions to avoid penalties or any other loss to company

4.Network Management:

No site should be down due to non-payment of dues or owner issues or any reason within the preview of FCA. Must resolve issues within TAT and no tickets open in EMG portal.

O&M & Business payments management including IP colo site payments, validation and execution for LTE ROW, RE, Energy payments.

5.Support in fast Project roll out for seamless network: Timely acquisition of sites, bills processing within TAT and timely payments to vendors

Ensure 100% accounting rules and principles are complied with and audit queries, if any are timely resolved

6.Business Initiatives: Partnering with business in driving initiatives

Drive Channel Partner on-boarding with no exceptions and ensure proper on boarding including account set-up, penny testing etc.
