About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team in Chennai. This is a unique opportunity to modernize and secure legacy systems while working closely with a collaborative and dynamic development team.

Role Highlights

• Refactor and update JSP-based legacy applications following secure coding standards
• Upgrade outdated and vulnerable dependencies (e.g., Spring, commons-fileupload)
• Participate in Git-based workflows, peer code reviews, and collaborative development

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java (including JSP, Servlets, and traditional frameworks)
• Proficient in Maven/Gradle, Eclipse, and Git
• Exposure to secure coding practices and remediation tools
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
