Content Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration & Team Management:
• Work closely with voice-over artists to produce meditation and sleep story audio content.
• Oversee pricing and ensure the production of high-quality audio content.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the creation, distribution, and optimization of content.
• Maintain up-to-date operational data by extracting and updating content information.
• Content Creation & Scripting:
• Write scripts for meditation and wellness content, ensuring a soothing and calming tone.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Occasionally perform guided exercises or meditations within the app.
• Production Oversight:
• Lead content creation from concept to delivery, overseeing all phases of production.
• Manage shoot logistics, including location scouting, setup design, and execution.
• Direct video shoots and lead post-production, ensuring final content aligns with brand standards.
• Quality Control & Platform Management:
• Conduct quality checks across all produced content, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Create and manage video assets, including thumbnails, descriptions, and related elements.
• Ensure the timely and efficient upload of content to various platforms.
• Fitness Expertise & Wellness Guidance:
• Develop customized workout routines for the Level Supermind app as a certified fitness instructor.
• Design and implement wellness programs that promote holistic health for users.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience & Expertise:
• Proven experience in content operations, with [X] years in a similar role.
• Certification as a fitness instructor with a focus on creating fitness and wellness content.
• Strong background in audio and video production, including scripting, shooting, and post-production.
• Experience in collaborating with voice-over artists, subject matter experts, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with content management platforms and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in video asset creation tools and managing video content logistics.
• Communication & Organizational Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across teams.
