Title: Executive - Credit Control

Location: Goregaon

Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on overduepayments to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Negotiating and convincing customersto pay their outstanding payments.
• Ensure daily follow-up from clients and maintain its record.
• Give remindersof outstanding and unpaidlong-overdue bills to customers.
• Respond to complaints from debtors.
• Monitor and manage accountsreceivable to ensuretimely payments.
• Contact clientswith overdue accountsthrough phone, email,or letters.
• Maintain up to date data in excel Skills Required:
• Proficiency in accounting softwareTally Erp and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• A person who canlead the team.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to managemultiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to addressfinancial challenges effectively.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and convey financial information clearly.
