Marketing Automation Manager

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing marketing automation tools & platforms and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with brand, developers, digital marketing team. This role will implement all analytical and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform for our Real Estate & E-commerce businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for WhatsApp, RCS, Email & SMS marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and continually evaluating these for improvements.
• Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms.
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and share campaign performance & insights with the marketing team on a regular basis.
• Work closely with cross functional team to define KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign's performance and create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.

Qualification & Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent with specialisation in digital marketing and proven record in managing marketing automation tools and platforms such as Webengage, AISensy, Bulk WhatsApp, etc.
• Expert in database management along with strong working knowledge of CRM such as salesforce, etc.
• Strong analytical with complete understanding of executing effective campaigns through automation.
• Strong communication skills, proactive and self-driven with sense of urgency.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
