Position Details

Designation: Sales Manager (East)

Location: Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary: 40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site installations of sub-soil drainage systems and related civil works.
• Meet consultants, architects, and clients to present and promote company products.
• Coordinate between clients, contractors, and internal technical teams for seamless project execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Eastern region.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to generate project leads.
• Ensure timely, quality execution and client satisfaction at all project sites.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including site progress and installation reports.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of civil and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing field operations independently.
• Willingness to travel within the Eastern region (Guwahati, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Patna).

Additional Requirements

• Candidate should have a two-wheeler for field visits and a laptop for reporting and presentations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Remuneration

• Fixed Salary: 40,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives linked to sales and project completion
