The Oppurtunity

We are looking for passionate Full-Time In-House Digital Marketing Instructors who can train learners across the full spectrum of digital marketing—from foundational strategies to advanced performance marketing and AI-driven growth hacks.
This role is perfect for experienced digital marketers, brand strategists, SEO specialists, and ad experts who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and turning complex marketing theories into real-world ROI. You will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of digital marketing leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training: Lead engaging, practical, and interactive sessions on SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Personalized Mentorship: Guide learners through their journey, providing one-on-one support to help them master the digital landscape.
- Curriculum Development: Create and update lesson plans, live campaign case studies, and assessments that reflect the fast-changing digital industry.
- Performance Evaluation: Review learner-run campaigns, assignments, and portfolios, providing actionable feedback to improve their results.
- Project Leadership: Supervise real-world projects where learners manage actual budgets and campaigns to build industry-ready portfolios.
- Doubt Resolution: Resolve technical and strategic queries through live sessions, chat, or calls.
- Career Inspiration: Mentor learners on how to navigate the digital marketing job market, freelance landscape, and agency life.
Skills and Expertise- Search Engine Excellence: Advanced knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) and SEM (Google Ads).
- Social Media & Content: Expertise in Social Media Marketing (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram) and Content Strategy.
- Performance Marketing: Mastery of Funnel Building, Lead Generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp/HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
- E-commerce & Automation: Familiarity with Shopify/Amazon marketing and marketing automation workflows.
Soft Skills- Communication: Ability to simplify complex algorithms and marketing jargon into easy-to-understand concepts.
- Analytical Thinking: A data-driven mindset focused on ROI and performance metrics.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to inspire creative storytelling and brand building.
Experience- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Agency roles.
- Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary:- 20K - 25K (Per Month - WFH)
