About The Opportunity

A leading provider in the Healthcare – Pediatrics sector, this on-site role supports comprehensive child health services across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings. You will join a high-quality clinical team focused on evidence-based care, preventive paediatrics, and building trusted relationships with families across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care for newborns, infants, children and adolescents across outpatient clinics and inpatient wards; manage day-to-day case load independently.
  • Lead pediatric emergency stabilization and acute care: assess, triage and manage critically ill children and coordinate timely escalation to NICU/PICU when required.
  • Perform and supervise neonatal resuscitation and ventilatory support; initiate and oversee evidence-based treatment plans for common and complex paediatric conditions.
  • Oversee preventive care programmes including immunisation, growth monitoring, developmental screening, and anticipatory guidance for caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, nutrition, physiotherapy, social work) to optimise patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to clinical governance: protocol development, morbidity and mortality reviews, audits, teaching and mentoring of junior doctors and trainees.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MBBS with MD/DNB/DCH in Pediatrics or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Valid medical registration in India and current practising licence.
  • Certifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Proven clinical experience managing inpatient and outpatient paediatric care including emergency stabilisation.

Preferred

  • Experience in NICU/PICU settings or managing neonatal care.
  • Training or hands-on experience with point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) in pediatrics and ventilator management.
  • Exposure to electronic medical records and participation in immunisation programmes or public health paediatrics.
