Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PowerBuilder + C# + SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application development, maintenance, and support using PowerBuilder, with additional proficiency in C# and SQL for modern development and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder, C#, and SQL.
• Enhance and modernize legacy PowerBuilder applications by integrating with C# modules where required.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for application logic and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database-related issues.
• Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in PowerBuilder development.
• Proficiency in C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core).
• Solid expertise in SQL programming, performance tuning, and database design (SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL).
• Experience with application support, debugging, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience in migrating applications from PowerBuilder to modern platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud databases and deployment (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
