JOB DESCRIPTION:

Office Location: vacancy available all districts in kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Power

Department: Sales & Service Solar Division

Experience Required: 1-4 years in solar product sales/ Electrical or service

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Solar Sales and Service Executive to support our solar energy solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales, and providing technical service for solar products including rooftop systems, inverters, panels, and batteries. This is a hybrid role requiring both sales acumen and hands-on technical support capabilities, ideally suited for someone who thrives in a field-based, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities

Generate leads

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solar solutions.

Prepare and deliver quotations and assist in closing sales.

Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.

Service & Support

Provide technical support, installation coordination, and troubleshooting guidance to customers.

Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing technical layouts (if needed).

Coordinate with service and engineering teams for installations or escalated technical issues.

Perform after-sales visits to ensure customer satisfaction and system performance.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain positive relationships with existing clients for future business opportunities.

Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and energy-saving tips.

Ensure timely resolution of complaints or service issues.

Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer visits, and market feedback.

Keep records of customer data and service history using CRM or company tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: ITI/Diploma/Any Graduate (Engineering not mandatory; technical knowledge is preferred)

Experience: 2-4 years in solar sales, field service, or a similar role

Technical understanding of solar products, basic wiring, and power backup systems

Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
