This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Over an immersive two-years journey you will go through four rotations of six months each where you will experience cross functional, cross business divisions and international exposure, gain real business insights, and build the managerial capabilities needed to step into a leadership role early in your career. These experiences place you close to leadership expectations and shows how the organization operates beyond the surface. *Career Growth Path* Completing the two-year rotational journey is just the beginning. Quality Management, including problem-solving methodologies and QC tools 3. Lean Management and Project Management 4. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies, AI, IoT, and Data Analytics Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the automotive domain. Tech in (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) and MBA (Operations or manufacturing or related discipline) Experience in Manufacturing will be given preference Min 2 years experience post MBA
