Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Management Intern. The role involves engaging with customers, managing client accounts, supporting training programs, and assisting the sales team with generating and converting leads. Interns will develop and implement sales strategies, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to client satisfaction while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and build relationships with clients.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and Account Management to assist in the successful closure of opportunities and ongoing client relationships.
• Willingness to contribute to Training initiatives and learn the essentials of delivering impactful training solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and grow in sales and client management roles.
