Job Title: Resort Manager, North Goa

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Resort Manager to lead a 50 Room pre-opening Hotel in Goa. As Resort Manager, you will be at the helm of this mid segment property, driving Operations and upholding the hotel's standards. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of Resort Operations, ensuring desired standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
2. Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Ability to drive Guest Experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence
5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests leading to repeat business.
6. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

• IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10 years experience in Resort Hotels, with at least 2 years as Unit Head of 40-50 Room Hotels in Leisure Destinations
• Rooms / Front Office background and experience in managing OTA relationships and driving Sales would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
