Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Location: Coimbatore / Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise and web applications using Java-based technologies
• Lead backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend frameworks
• Drive monolith-to-microservices migrations and implement best-practice microservices patterns
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using modern CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications
• 8+ years as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend expertise
• 5+ years of experience with:
• Public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or equivalent)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• SaaS application development and support
• CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes
• Agile and DevOps methodologies
• 5+ years working in Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar
