Shift Time: 12 PM to 9 PM

Experience: 6+ Yrs

Requirement:

Proven experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM (5+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and CRM best practices.

Ability to train and support users in HubSpot usage and best practices.

Ability to create and manage complex workflows, forms, and segmentation logic.

Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, sales).

HubSpot certifications is a plus.

Job Description:

Need an experienced HubSpot Contractor to support our client's ongoing marketing operations and CRM needs.

This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, campaign creation, workflow customization, and troubleshooting

within the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM best practices,

and be proactive in offering strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.

Provide daily administrative support within HubSpot, including user management, settings, and permissions.

Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and workflows.

Customize and optimize workflows, lists, forms, and support marketing and sales processes.

Coordinate integration or alignment of HubSpot assets with other CMS platforms (e.g., Kentico) or content repositories.

Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs for email performance, form conversions, and content engagement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions.
