Key Responsibilities:

Reports Development & Data Analysis:

  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for banking operations.
  • Work extensively with T24 Data Model to extract, transform, and analyze banking data.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers in MS SQL Server.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and reconciliation.
  • Optimize report performance by implementing indexing, query optimization, and database tuning techniques.

Technical Expertise:


  • Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, RDBMS, and SQL scripting.
  • Deep understanding of the T24 Data Model, T24 tables, and reporting structure.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Oracle Analytics Server is a plus).
  • Experience with performance tuning, indexing, and database optimization techniques.

Functional Expertise:


  • Strong understanding of banking products (Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Payments, etc.).
  • Experience working with regulatory and financial reports in banking.
  • Knowledge of Temenos reporting frameworks and compliance requirements.

Other Skills:


  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from T24 Core Banking System.
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for report automation.

Functional Responsibilities:


  • Understand banking processes, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Configure T24 Reporting Framework and customize standard reporting functionalities.
  • Ensure reports align with banking regulations and audit requirements.
  • Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployments.
