Reputation Architect

Objectives

The primary objective of this role includes the ability to lead the client & the teams, manage their expectations and inspire them to achieve impactful campaigns. Have an ability to visualize channel agnostic campaigns in an creative and cost efficient manner. Key responsibilities include operational performance, growth, profitability, talent management and client engagement. Focus on building competencies that will enable the teams to focus on integrated communications, highest level of client engagement and the ability to take risks with newer ideas while providing all the necessary coaching and confidence such that they are not afraid of failing. Have an entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to energize the ecosystem we operate in.

If you have a demonstrated experience in Media and EntertainmentTechnology / Fin-tech / Consumer / Corporate / Content Marketing / Influencer Engagement, your profile will be preferred.

Proficiency in social media & storytelling is a must have.

Experience

4 to 6 years of working experience in Social & Digital / Public Relations / Influencer Marketing / Content Marketing

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Media Relations
• Strong New Business Development skills
• Experience in Public Relations and Communication
• Capability in Strategic Communications and developing communication strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in reputation management and brand communication is a plus
