Job Title: Sr Manager- Vacuum Forming/Thermoforming

Industry: Automobile (Plastic Manufacturing)

Location: Indore (Pithampur)

Experience: Managerial Role with 15 + years (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

Technical and Operational Expertise:

• Provide technical and operational knowledge in plastic processing with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Expertise in various plastic processes such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming.

Project and Performance Management:

• Manage projects effectively, overseeing material procurement, time and cost tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct iterative sessions at each stage of product development to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (B.E) / Master's Degree (M.E) in Plastic Engineering or a related field.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.

Extensive hands-on experience with:-

• Injection Moulding Machines
• Extrusion Machines
• Vacuum Forming Machines
