Operations Executive (Marketing Agency)

Location: Coimbatore (On-site; frequent local travel)

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

Qualification: Management graduate (BBA/MBA or equivalent)

About the Role

You will coordinate vendors and support day-to-day operations across shoots, events, media releases, and influencer campaigns. You'll also join for client meetings/pitches, manage digital assets, and handle basic review/response.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Media Coordination: Get quotes, schedule, and follow through with photographers, videographers, studios, event production, radio & theatre stations, newspapers/prints, OOH, printers, influencer partners and Casting/models.
• Shoot & Event Ops: Plan logistics, permissions, call sheets, travel; ensure on-ground execution; collect final deliverables.
• Client Support: Attend meetings and pitches; take MOMs; track action items; maintain simple status trackers.
• Digital Asset Management: Organise storage, naming & version control, share links; maintain an asset library.
• Reviews & Responses: Monitor Google Maps & social pages; respond using approved templates; escalate issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: RO/PO, invoices, expense logs, and weekly updates to top management.

What You'll Need

• Strong communication in English & Tamil; friendly, extrovert, and likes to travel.
• Good with Google Workspace/MS Office; neat WhatsApp/Email etiquette.
• Basic PPT/Canva is a plus.
• Flexible timing on shoot/event days.
