Technical Delivery Lead

Looking for a leader who can technically manage Gen AI project who is expert in skills of Gen AI engineer, can estimate and manage a team to deliver a highly visible, time sensitive and engaging project.

Responsible for the leadership and management that includes mentoring, coaching, and leading of AI Agent Builders and BA team to achieve quality delivery on time.

Interact with the customers on business requirements, convert into technical solutions along with BA team

Use Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding respective team members to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.

Accountable for the delivery of sprints and special assignments

Responsible for technical design and implementation of software solutions. Responsible for delivering clean, scalable, secured by following the technical standards & protocols

Prepare technical specifications and guide the team to develop technical interfaces, business logic and provide technical solutions

Review source code, scripts developed by the team

Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.

Responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by teams, ensuring it aligns with Customer, Project & Company norms

Working as a Technology Specialist to guide the development team on delivery of technical solutions, and implementation of new developments, enhancements and change initiatives.

Maintain detailed application and domain knowledge to support technical teams, as appropriate.

Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators, to generate actionable improvements to the quality of service offered.

Identify, manage, and seek to resolve technical risks and issues against business requirements.

Build knowledge, capacity, and capability within teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Keep up to date with latest technology, software development technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

1. Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability

2. Cloud Gen AI building tools like Bedrock(AWS) , Azure AI foundry, Copilot Studios, Google Vertix AI

3. Python Gen AI(Crew AI, Land Chain, Lang-graph)

4. Basics of LLM (Large language module)

5. LLM usage(Inference API*, RAG Architecture), Agentic workflow

6. Basic of API

7. Prompt Engineering(Types of prompts)

8. Database(any database like Vector database, Mongo DB)

9. Chunking , Embedding, Token, API, Gen AI

8. Expert in Git and tools like JIRA

Preferred Candidates

1. Strong in Agile Scrum Methodologies and should have delivered product in iterations

2. Good logical thinking, quick learning and exploring new frameworks, technologies for their team's implementation and growth

3. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

4. Should be a strong technical solution provider and handled complex project deliveries
