Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representatives (MR) with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our sales team. As a Medical Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and ensuring the growth of the organization in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion & Sales:
• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and demonstrate the clinical benefits of the products.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Act as a reliable point of contact between the company and the healthcare community.
• Market Coverage:
• Visit assigned healthcare professionals as per the scheduled route plan and ensure maximum coverage in the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
• Achieving Targets:
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with HCPs to close sales opportunities and secure prescriptions for company products.
• Market Intelligence:
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Provide feedback to management to support strategic planning and product development.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales calls, and other activities.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations.
• Product Training & Knowledge Updates:
• Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and therapeutic areas.
• Participate in periodic training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with HCPs.
• Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Science (B.Sc.), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or relevant field. A diploma or certification in sales/marketing is a plus.
• Experience: 2-10 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the regional language of the territory.
