Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across departments.

* Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

* Ensure implementation and compliance of company policies and statutory requirements.

* Support periodic performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback processes.

* Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication drives.

* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data accuracy.

* Address employee concerns with sensitivity, ensuring a positive work environment.

* Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.

* Support HR audits, reports, and policy documentation as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

* 3–7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

* Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency with HRMS platforms.

* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong sense of ownership and discretion.
