EDI Operator (Hands-on EAnnex, XLCHA / ICEGATE) and related Customs Documentation

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The position involves hands-on Customs EDI filing using EAnnex, XLCHA, and ICEGATE, handling import and export documentation, ensuring customs compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate clearance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Customs EDI filing

• Mandatory: Working experience on EAnnex / XLCHA / ICEGATE systems

• Strong understanding of import & export customs clearance procedures

• Knowledge of ICEGATE and customs regulations

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree preferred
