Performance Marketing & Online Growth Specialist

We're looking for someone who can run the entire online growth engine – across Meta, Google, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and beyond.

Your Superpowers:

• Meta Ads (FB/IG) campaign setup, testing, and scaling
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Launching and managing products on Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon
• Getting brands live on Blinkit, Zepto etc. & handling all aspects (registration, campaigns, sales)
• Creating and managing landing page funnels that actually convert
• Optimizing CAC, ROAS, AOV and all the good stuff
• Working with creative teams to suggest what works best (UGC, testimonials, hooks)
• Experience with tools like GA4, Shopify, Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, Seller Central etc.
• Reporting that actually tells us what to do next (not just screenshots)

Bonus if you:

• Have worked with D2C brands in home, beauty, or wellness categories
• Have relationships with agencies or platform reps (for faster approvals and growth)

Preferred Qualifications (but not mandatory):

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads
• Experience launching or scaling a D2C brand or managing eCommerce marketplaces
• Certification in Meta/Google Ads or other performance marketing programs is a bonus
• Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate
• Proven track record of improving online sales or lowering ad costs
