Company Details: Start-up currently in stealth, building an AI-powered live entertainment platform.

Location: Versova, Mumbai

Full-time, in-office role.

The Role

You own video end to end. Short-form social, long-form brand films, motion assets, in-app animations. You're not waiting for a brief to tell you what's trending, you already know. You edit for retention, you design for scroll-stop, and you ship fast without cutting corners on craft.

You

Edit video for creators, agencies, or social-first brands. A reel that makes us stop scrolling, not a showreel that looks like everyone else's. You understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, and why a 3-second cut hits harder than a 5-second one. You've built content that actually grew channels and converted viewers, not just looked good in a portfolio. Experience working across formats — Reels, YouTube, brand films, motion graphics. You treat AI like any other tool in your stack — you've used it, you know when it helps, and you know when it doesn't.

Skills

• Expert-level in editing softwares.
• Sharp eye for pacing, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong sense of typography in motion — titles, captions, kinetic text.
• You treat AI like any other tool in your stack — you've used it, you know when it helps, and you know when it doesn't.
• Blender, Rive, or Lottie experience is a bonus.
• Basic sound design or audio editing is a plus.
