What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and enabling business-critical decisions through data. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Working on real-world projects and generating insights to support strategic and operational

decisions.

2. Writing SQL queries and Python/R scripts, along with advanced Google Sheets usage, to analyze issues and present findings effectively.

3. Designing impactful data visualizations using tools such as Metabase, R Shiny, or Looker Studio to communicate clear, actionable insights.

4. Continuously identifying opportunities to add value for customers, drivers, and business partners through data-driven recommendations.

What You Need to Have

Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and R.

A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of data/system architecture; exposure to the ride-hailing or mobility domain is a plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders using logical reasoning and data storytelling.

A strong sense of ownership, willing to dig deep, get hands dirty, and ensure outcomes.

Openness to learning, candid feedback, and continuous improvement.

A passion for building scalable frameworks, with a drive to excel and push boundaries.

Experience in AI/ML model development is desirable but not mandatory.
